Hoshizaki Cube Ice Maker IM-21CPE Overview
The IM-21CPE makes up to 30 kg of cubes a day and keeps 11.5 kg of it in its own bin, so it only needs power, water and a drain to start working. Averaged out, the machine turns out about 1.2 kg an hour. At that rate the 11.5 kg bin takes around 9.2 hours to rebuild after a busy service.
