Hoshizaki Cube Ice Maker IM-240APE-U-23 – Modular, Air-cooled, 190 kg/24h, M Cube

The Hoshizaki IM-240APE-U-23 is a modular air-cooled cube ice maker producing up to 190 kg of cubes in 24 hours. In the IM CUBE range it is the UltraCUBE with UV-C sanitization and it makes the M cube (28 × 28 × 23 mm) shown by the -23 suffix. As a modular head it has no bin of its own and sits on a separate storage bin: Hoshizaki pairs the IM-240APE-U-23 with the B-140SB, B-210SB, B-340SB; top kits: TK-30 for B-140SB, B-210SB, B340SB (optional, not required), TK-8D for B-210SB, TK-8D + TK18D for B-340SB.
