Hoshizaki Cube Ice Maker IM-240APE-U-32 – Modular, Air-cooled, 220 kg/24h, XL Cube

The IM-240APE-U-32 is a modular cube head. It makes up to 220 kg of cubes a day but has no bin of its own, so it is always ordered with a storage bin (Hoshizaki lists the B-140SB, B-210SB, B-340SB). Averaged out, the machine turns out about 9.2 kg an hour.

Choosing the version

Hoshizaki sells the IM-240APE in four versions, and this one, the UltraCUBE, has UV-C sanitization of the water tank.
