Hoshizaki Cube Ice Maker IM-240APE-U Overview
Up to 210 kg of cubes a day from a air-cooled head that sits on a separate bin: the IM-240APE-U is built for ice rooms and busy bars rather than a counter. Hoshizaki pairs the IM-240APE-U with the B-140SB, B-210SB, B-340SB. Spread over a day, it is about 8.8 kg per hour.
Versions and cube size
This 210 kg/day machine is the UltraCUBE build, so it has UV-C sanitization of the water tank. In the IM-240APE-U the UV-C unit works on the tank water between regular cleanings.
