Hoshizaki rates the modular IM-240DPE-32 at 190 kg of cubes per 24 hours, and you pair it with a storage bin sized to the ice needed at the start of service (Hoshizaki lists the B-340SB). Spread over a day, it is about 7.9 kg per hour.

This 190 kg/day machine is the Basic Cube build, so it has no drain pump and no UV-C unit. You get XL cubes, 32 x 32 x 32 mm, at 190 kg a day, marked by the -32 in the code. If the version does not suit, the same body is sold as IM-240DPE-U-32 (UltraCUBE). With a different cube it is the IM-240DPE-23 (M cube, 180 kg a day) and IM-240DPE (L cube, 210 kg a day). There is also a water-cooled version, the IM-240DWPE-32, rated at 190 kg a day, using 890 liters of water a day against 530 liters here and putting 1.47 kW of heat into the room instead of 2.25 kW.

Footprint is 1,084 x 700 mm with a height of 500 mm; net weight is 75 kg. Power draw is 0.865 kW on single-phase 220-240 V 50 Hz, within ±6%, on a 5 A breaker. Heat released into the room is 2.25 kW at 32 °C ambient. It uses about 530 liters of water a day, or roughly 2.8 liters for every kilo of ice. The IM-240DPE-32 runs on 147 g of R290, which is propane (safety class A3), so the charge belongs on the installation paperwork. Functions on the IM-240DPE-32 include automated cleaning.

Operating limits for the IM-240DPE-32 are 1 to 40 °C ambient, 5 to 35 °C water and 0.7 to 8 bar, so check the space and the fresh water line against those. The condenser blows about 2.25 kW of warm air into the room, which a bar with poor ventilation will notice. Hoshizaki matches the IM-240DPE-32 with the 4HC-H twin filter system.
