Hoshizaki rates the modular IM-240DPE-U-23 at 180 kg of cubes per 24 hours, and you pair it with a storage bin sized to the ice needed at the start of service (Hoshizaki lists the B-340SB). That works out to roughly 7.5 kg an hour.
