Hoshizaki Cube Ice Maker IM-240PE-23 – Self-Contained, Air-cooled, 180 kg/24h, M Cube

With 180 kg of cubes a day and a 110 kg storage bin, the IM-240PE-23 is a self-contained air-cooled cube machine for bars, pantries and small galleys. That works out to roughly 7.5 kg an hour. An empty 110 kg bin fills in roughly 15 hours at that rate.

Versions and cube size

As the Basic Cube version of the IM-240PE, this machine comes with no drain pump and no UV-C unit. The IM-240PE-23 makes the M cube, 28 x 28 x 23 mm, marked by the -23 in the code. Other versions of this model: IM-240PE-U-23 (UltraCUBE), IM-240PE-F-23 (FlexiCUBE) and IM-240PE-E-23 (EliteCUBE). Other cube sizes: IM-240PE (L cube, 210 kg a day). Keep the room around the IM-240PE-23 between 1 and 40 °C and the incoming water between 5 and 35 °C at 0.7 to 8 bar.
