Hoshizaki Cube Ice Maker IM-240PE-E-23 Overview
Up to 180 kg of cubes every 24 hours, with a 110 kg bin built into the cabinet: that is the short version of the Hoshizaki IM-240PE-E-23. Spread over a day, it is about 7.5 kg per hour. From empty, its 110 kg bin takes about 15 hours to fill.
Which IM-240PE to pick
As the EliteCUBE version of the IM-240PE, this machine comes with both the drain pump and UV-C sanitization. Its drain pump lifts water 1.5 m and moves it up to 10 m, so a 704 mm wide unit like this does not have to sit over a floor drain. UV-C flashes treat the IM-240PE-E-23's water tank between cleanings.
