Hoshizaki rates the IM-240PE-F-23 at 180 kg of cubes per day. The ice drops into a 110 kg bin inside the same air-cooled cabinet. That works out to roughly 7.5 kg an hour. At that rate the 110 kg bin takes around 15 hours to rebuild after a busy service.

Versions and cube size

The version suffix tells you what is inside: the IM-240PE-F-23 is the FlexiCUBE and comes with a built-in drain pump.
