Hoshizaki Cube Ice Maker IM-240PE-U-23 – Self-Contained, Air-cooled, 180 kg/24h, M Cube

The IM-240PE-U-23 makes up to 180 kg of cubes a day and keeps 110 kg of it in its own bin, so it only needs power, water and a drain to start working. That works out to roughly 7.5 kg an hour. From empty, its 110 kg bin takes about 15 hours to fill.

This 180 kg/day machine is the UltraCUBE build, so it has UV-C sanitization of the water tank. Between scheduled cleanings, UV-C light treats the tank water inside the IM-240PE-U-23. Inside the IM-240PE-U-23 is a 147 g R290 charge, and R290 is propane rated A3 for flammability. Functions on the IM-240PE-U-23 include automated cleaning and UV-C sanitization.

Hoshizaki allows 1 to 40 °C in the room for the IM-240PE-U-23, water at 5 to 35 °C and a supply pressure of 0.7 to 8 bar.
