Hoshizaki Cube Ice Maker IM-240WPE-23 Overview
With 190 kg of cubes a day and a 110 kg storage bin, the IM-240WPE-23 is a self-contained water-cooled cube machine for bars, pantries and small galleys. Averaged out, the machine turns out about 7.9 kg an hour. At that rate the 110 kg bin takes around 14 hours to rebuild after a busy service.
Versions and cube size
The version suffix tells you what is inside: the IM-240WPE-23 is the Basic Cube and comes with no drain pump and no UV-C unit. The IM-240WPE-23 makes the M cube, 28 x 28 x 23 mm, marked by the -23 in the code.
