The Hoshizaki IM-30CPE-U-25 is a self-contained air-cooled cube ice maker producing up to 27 kg of cubes in 24 hours, with an 11.5 kg built-in storage bin. In the IM CUBE range it is the UltraCUBE with UV-C sanitization and it makes the S cube (25 × 25 × 23 mm) shown by the -25 suffix.
