Hoshizaki Cube Ice Maker IM-30CWPE-U – Self-Contained, Water-cooled, 32 kg/24h, L Cube

The IM-30CWPE-U makes up to 32 kg of cubes a day and keeps 11.5 kg of it in its own bin, so it only needs power, water and a drain to start working. Averaged out, the machine turns out about 1.3 kg an hour. From empty, its 11.5 kg bin takes about 8.6 hours to fill.

This 32 kg/day machine is the UltraCUBE build, so it has UV-C sanitization of the water tank. UV-C flashes treat the IM-30CWPE-U's water tank between cleanings. Operating limits for the IM-30CWPE-U are 1 to 40 °C ambient, 5 to 35 °C water and 0.7 to 8 bar, so check the space and the fresh water line against those. The water-cooled condenser suits tight, badly ventilated spaces, but the IM-30CWPE-U needs a steady supply of cooling water, around 160 liters a day in total.
