Hoshizaki rates the IM-45WPE-F-25 at 47 kg of cubes per day. The ice drops into a 18 kg bin inside the same water-cooled cabinet. That works out to roughly 2 kg an hour. At that rate the 18 kg bin takes around 9.2 hours to rebuild after a busy service.
