Hoshizaki Cube Ice Maker IM-65PE-F-25 Overview
The IM-65PE-F-25 makes up to 56 kg of cubes a day and keeps 26 kg of it in its own bin, so it only needs power, water and a drain to start working. Spread over a day, it is about 2.3 kg per hour. From empty, its 26 kg bin takes about 11 hours to fill.
Which IM-65PE to pick
As the FlexiCUBE version of the IM-65PE, this machine comes with a built-in drain pump. Drain position stops being a problem: the IM-65PE-F-25 pumps its waste water up to 1.5 m high and 10 m away. Cubes from the IM-65PE-F-25 come out 25 x 25 x 23 mm, which Hoshizaki calls size S, marked by the -25 in the code. Technical details
The cabinet is 633 mm wide, 509 mm deep and 840 mm tall before legs (add 90-125 mm), and weighs 49 kg. It draws 0.305 kW from a single-phase 220-240 V 50 Hz supply, within ±6%, on a 5 A breaker. At 32 °C room temperature it releases 0.83 kW of heat. It uses about 220 liters of water a day, or roughly 3.9 liters for every kilo of ice. Refrigerant is 110 g of flammable R290 (A3), a figure the yard or class surveyor will ask for. On the control side the IM-65PE-F-25 gives you automated cleaning and internal drain pump.
