The Hoshizaki FM-60KE-HC is a self-contained air-cooled flake ice maker producing up to 65 kg of flake ice in 24 hours, with an 18 kg built-in storage bin.

R290 is a natural refrigerant classified A3, higher flammability, so the charge belongs in the installation specification. Hoshizaki gives operating limits of ambient temperatures from 5 to 40 °C, water supply temperatures from 5 to 35 °C and water pressure from 0.5 to 8 bar, which is what the space and the vessel's fresh water system have to meet for the FM-60KE-HC. Being air-cooled, it rejects its heat into the space, so the ventilation of the galley or bar has to take it.
