Hoshizaki gives operating limits of ambient temperatures from 1 to 40 °C, water supply temperatures from 5 to 35 °C and water pressure from 0.7 to 8 bar, which is what the space and the vessel's fresh water system have to meet for the IM-65NE-HC-LM103. Being air-cooled, it rejects its heat into the space, so the ventilation of the galley or bar has to take it.
