Hoshizaki Cube Ice Maker IM-130PE-F Overview
Up to 116 kg of cubes every 24 hours, with a 50 kg bin built into the cabinet: that is the short version of the Hoshizaki IM-130PE-F. Spread over a day, it is about 4.8 kg per hour. At that rate the 50 kg bin takes around 10 hours to rebuild after a busy service.
Choosing the version
As the FlexiCUBE version of the IM-130PE, this machine comes with a built-in drain pump. Its drain pump lifts water 1.5 m and moves it up to 10 m, so a 704 mm wide unit like this does not have to sit over a floor drain. Cube size on the IM-130PE-F is L (28 x 28 x 32 mm), the standard size with no suffix. The same machine also comes as IM-130PE (Basic Cube), IM-130PE-U (UltraCUBE) and IM-130PE-E (EliteCUBE). Technical details
The cabinet is 704 mm wide, 506 mm deep and 1,210 mm tall before legs (add 70-110mm), and weighs 72 kg. Electrically it needs single-phase 220-240 V 50 Hz, drawing 0.565 kW, within ±6%, on a 5 A breaker. Plan for 1.45 kW of heat into the space at 32 °C. Daily water use is 470 liters, or roughly 4.1 liters for every kilo of ice. Inside the IM-130PE-F is a 140 g R290 charge, and R290 is propane rated A3 for flammability. Hoshizaki lists automated cleaning and internal drain pump for the IM-130PE-F.

Operating limits for the IM-130PE-F are 1 to 40 °C ambient, 5 to 35 °C water and 0.7 to 8 bar, so check the space and the fresh water line against those.
