A 700 or 850 mm cooking line only works cleanly if the neutral surfaces beside it share the same depth. The Optima 700 and Optima 850 work tables track the corresponding body depths of their cooking families, while the single thermaline 90 work top belongs with that Electrolux Professional cooking block. That lets the planner keep pans, GN containers and small kit moving across a single plane instead of stepping up or down between work surface and appliance.
Most work tables in this range fall between 200 and 1200 mm wide, so they fill the short gaps between appliances as well as the longer neutral runs between hot zones. Net weights on the Optima tables run up to 56 kg where a full-width top and underframe are present, which is a relevant deck loading figure when these units are lined up in a pass.
The marine work tables here follow the cooking suites they stand next to: Optima 700 and Optima 850 tables beside those cooking lines, HotLine and CounterSL tables beside theirs, and a single thermaline 90 work top. All but one listing are work tables; the thermaline 90 piece is a work top rather than a table.
Optima 700 and Optima 850 tables carry widths from 200 to 1200 mm, giving continuous neutral surfaces in line with either depth of Optima range. CounterSL and HotLine tables stay in the 200 to 500 mm and 400 to 500 mm width bands respectively, which fits their role as shorter bridging sections in a counter or line. Net weight data on CounterSL runs from 14 to 23 kg while HotLine tables sit between 25 and 36 kg, so the supporting structure behind a servery and in the main galley will usually be specified differently.
A subset of these tables goes beyond a simple flat surface. Fully welded seams are listed on eight products, one of them an Optima 700 table, which is useful where a sanitation inspection looks at soil traps around joints. Selected CounterSL and HotLine tables are GN container compatible, which matters at the pass or salad counter where pans are dropped directly into the work surface instead of sitting on top.
Only one work table in the whole set is explicitly marked washdown protected, so where pressure-spray cleaning is expected around the neutral surfaces it is worth picking that feature deliberately rather than assuming it across the series. Most of the catalogue here is neutral stainless steel furniture without a published IP claim, so wall protection, drainage and spray patterns still have to be designed around that.
Depth is fixed by series, but footprint and mass vary enough to matter on different vessel types. Widths up to 1200 mm and net weights up to 56 kg on Optima tables give a solid, non-movable run for main production galleys on cruise, ferry or offshore units. At the other end of the range, 200 mm-wide CounterSL sections around 14 kg suit a yacht pantry, servery or coffee point where the line is shallow and the structure below is lighter.
Countertop work tables appear across six products and tend to sit in the shorter width bands, so they suit upper decks, bridge-deck pantries and snack points where the structure will not take a full floor-standing frame. Floor-standing units dominate overall, and a naval architect will still check their point loads against the deck.
Work tables and the single work top here are flat neutral surfaces. Where the requirement is a base that carries a cooking top in a thermaline 90 or 900XP block, Neutral Units & Bases is the page to look at instead; where food has to be held at temperature on the line, Bain-Maries is. Enclosed storage and sinks are not part of this catalogue at present.
Optima 700 tables are aligned to 700 mm-deep cooking lines, while Optima 850 tables match the 850 mm depth. Both series carry widths from 200 to 1200 mm, so the choice is driven mainly by which Optima body depth the galley uses.
