Electrical power on this page runs from 1 kW on a CounterSL chip warmer up to 70.2 kW on a SkyLine Premium 20 GN 2/1 combi. Between those ends sit boiling kettles, bratt pans, combis, fryers, grills, induction tables and neutral bases, from 100 mm to 3200 mm wide and up to 770 kg net weight. The depth spread is dominated by 850 mm and 700 mm bodies, which suits modular island lines and tighter single-corridor galleys alike.
Most units are electric, with a smaller number of induction and gas modules plus steam-heated kettles where the vessel has steam available. Floor-standing units make up a large part of the range, but there are also freestanding, countertop and wall-mounted options where the deck footprint is constrained or bulkhead mounting is preferred.
MKN carries most of the count here, with Optima 850 and Optima 700 providing the backbone of 850 mm and 700 mm deep modular cooking lines. Optima 850 runs from 400 mm to 2000 mm in width, up to 63 kW on single units and capacities up to 500 litres on boiling kettles. Optima 700 covers narrower galleys with bodies from 400 mm to 1300 mm, up to 20 kW and stated capacities to 143 litres.
FlexiChef sits at the top end of the MKN offer as a multifunctional appliance, with pans from 50 to 150 litres and electrical power up to 34 kW. FlexiChef Team models stretch to 3200 mm width and approach the 770 kg upper end of the weight range, which matters for deck loading calculations and for deciding where the galley can accept a single large footprint instead of several smaller appliances.
Electrolux Professional cooking equipment on this page is split mainly between thermaline 90 modular units, 900XP modules and SkyLine combi ovens. thermaline 90 covers neutral bases, fry tops, solid tops, induction tops and chargrills in widths from 100 mm to 1500 mm, with most units listed at 440 V and some carrying AISI 316L wetted parts. 900XP adds grill tops, boiling ranges, deep fat fryers and neutral bases in 400 mm to 1200 mm widths, sharing 400 V and 440 V supply options.
SkyLine Premium and PremiumS boiler combis and SkyLine Pro and ProS boilerless combis cover 6 to 20 GN levels, with quoted loads up to 200 kg and widths from 867 mm to 1162 mm. Electrical power on these ovens ranges from 11.1 kW to 70.2 kW, with supply voltages including 380–415 V, 440 V and 480 V and both 50 Hz and 60 Hz frequencies. That split lets a yard match oven capacity, interface tier and steam-generation method to the ship’s supply and menu profile.
Across the 651 products in this category, supply voltages include 400 V on over 300 units and 440 V on 86 units, and a large 380–415 V group, with only a handful at 230 V. Both 50 Hz and 60 Hz appear on a large subset of the range, which simplifies specifying for fleets that mix shipyard traditions or need compatibility with different shore supplies. Choosing between series often comes down to which one offers the required voltage and frequency combination at the target width and power band.
Marine galley conditions also push hygiene and cleaning. Washdown protected models appear widely enough to support pressure-rinse cleaning regimes, and a significant share of appliances state fully welded seams. Where wetted parts are called out in AISI 316L, for example on many FlexiChef, Optima and thermaline 90 items, that figure helps when assessing corrosion risk against chlorides in both food and cleaning chemicals.
The page spans induction, electric, gas and steam-heated cooking, but the majority of units are electric with induction as a smaller specialised group. Many hobs and tables are single-zone units, but there are also two-, three- and four-zone modules for higher throughput on a fixed footprint. Stated capacities run up to 500-litre kettles, and listed loading on selected ovens runs from 30 kg to 200 kg, so a designer can choose between many small points and a few large engines of production.
Energy management ready features occur on a substantial subset of Optima and HotLine products. Where the galley load is managed against the ship's available generating capacity, that readiness can decide between two otherwise comparable lines at the same width.
This page is the whole cooking range in one list, which is useful for planning a line and slow for choosing a single appliance. Once the appliance type is known, the sub-categories carry the same products with filters that fit the type: Ovens for the combi ovens and combi steamers, Boiling Kettles and Bratt Pans for volume cooking, Deep Fat Fryers, Grills & Griddles and Induction Cookers for the line itself, and Neutral Units & Bases for the modules between them.
Refrigeration, dishwashing and laundry are not part of this page at all; they sit in their own categories.
Optima 850 modules are 850 mm deep with widths from 400 to 2000 mm and powers up to 63 kW, suiting island suites and higher-capacity lines. Optima 700 is 700 mm deep, with widths up to 1300 mm and powers to 20 kW, better for narrower galleys or where a 700 mm corridor is fixed.
SkyLine Premium, PremiumS, Pro and ProS combi ovens on this page cover 6 to 20 GN levels, with quoted loads between 30 kg and 200 kg. Electrical power spans roughly 11.1 to 70.2 kW, with widths from 867 to 1162 mm depending on level count and series.
Several Electrolux Professional series list 440 V, including thermaline 90, 900XP and SkyLine combis, with many SkyLine units specifying both 50 Hz and 60 Hz. Across the whole category 86 products quote 440 V, and 140 list 60 Hz, so voltage and frequency filters should be applied early in design.
FlexiChef pans run from 50 to 150 litres at 14.7 to 34 kW and combine functions that would otherwise sit on several fixed appliances. They make sense where deck area allows a single 1100–3200 mm wide footprint and where consolidating up to 150 litres of production per pan simplifies energy and labour planning.
